Private Belly Yoga & Nervous System Regulation Sessions

These private sessions offer a personalized, body-based approach to nervous system regulation through Belly Yoga, a method integrating pelvic-centered yoga, somatic movement, breath awareness, and gentle rhythmic flow.

Each session is designed to support grounding, regulation, embodiment, and body awareness, helping clients reconnect with their bodies in a safe, respectful, and empowering way.

My work is informed by nervous system science and polyvagal principles, while remaining rooted in yoga, movement education, and embodied awareness.

Who These Sessions Are For

Private sessions are supportive for individuals who:
• Experience stress, overwhelm, or nervous system dysregulation
• Want to feel more grounded, embodied, and present
• Are navigating life transitions or emotional intensity
• Seek a gentle, non-verbal, body-based practice
• Want personalized guidance beyond group classes
• Prefer movement-based regulation rather than talk-based approaches

No prior yoga or dance experience is required.

What to Expect in a Session

Each private session is tailored to your needs and may include:
• Gentle pelvic and spinal movements
• Slow circular and wave-like sequences
• Breath awareness and extended exhale practices
• Grounding and centering techniques
• Nervous system–supportive pacing and rest
• Optional sound, rhythm, or guided somatic awareness

Sessions are choice-based and always respect your body’s signals, capacity, and boundaries.

My Approach

I work with the understanding that the body holds innate wisdom and that regulation happens through safety, rhythm, and awareness — not force.

Rather than pushing or “fixing,” these sessions invite the nervous system to gradually shift toward ease, stability, and connection through intentional movement and presence.

• Educational and experiential
• Movement-based and somatic
• Grounded in yoga and embodiment practices

They are not psychotherapy and do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. Clients are encouraged to work alongside licensed healthcare or mental health professionals when appropriate.
